The building is compound by two separate towers (Argos Tower and Tower Four) that fit together forming an L-shaped under one roof, with 3 basements and 10 floors with a total height of 46 meters.

On the first floor are located business premises and some common areas of the building, including meetings and events areas.

The 9 remaining floors will have offices and the final distribution will depend on the sales process.

The Project includes an outdoor plaza in the center of the Super Block 18 and additional small business premises for coffee shops.
