The Ciudad Empresarial Sarmiento Angulo has become a vast project that relies not only on the full economic and technical support of the organization, but also on the compromise to accomplish it and give the city and the productive sector, a development that lives up to those of the best cities of the world. The long term commitment also includes the regulations and process procedures that will be the guide for the whole project. The location of the buildings and the outdoor spaces have been decided with the city administration; and a series of private rules for the finishes, signs, dimensions and much more, have been set to guarantee that the whole image and the quality of the buildings will be the same, even if they are constructed by different companies.

Construcciones Planificadas S.A will be in charge of managing the project, a company that succeeds the 49 years experience of the Organización Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo. This company will be the developer and constructor of several towers of the project. Ciudad Empresarial Sarmiento Angulo has given the first steps with the construction of the two initial towers: one destined for the new Centro Administrativo de Avianca and the other for The Cámara Colombiana de la Infraestructura.
